The Longevity Exercise Program at Kinesio Rehab is Malaysia's first physiotherapist-led program designed specifically around the science of healthspan. Inspired by the Centenarian Decathlon concept, we start by identifying the 10 physical tasks you want to be able to do at age 80 — carrying your grandchild, hiking with friends, getting up from the floor without help, playing golf or badminton — and then work backward to build the physical capacity you need today.

Unlike personal training or generic gym programmes, this program is led by a clinical physiotherapist who can assess your movement quality, manage existing injuries and health conditions, and design an evidence-based protocol that is safe, progressive, and tailored to your body. Your physiotherapist designs a personalised training protocol addressing all four pillars, accounting for your current fitness level, injuries, health conditions, and available time. Each pillar receives targeted attention based on where your gaps are.

Progressive sessions combine stability work, resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, and manual therapy as needed. Your physiotherapist adjusts intensity and exercises in real time based on your response and recovery.

I'm already active — why do I need this?
